Rethink Carbs. Reclaim Your Health

Just back from the Low-Carb Foundations Course in Sydney—and I’m feeling even more confident in the power of my nutritional approach to support long-term health.

Over the weekend, I heard from health professionals who shared the latest research on low-carb therapies and how they can improve metabolic health. We explored how the Carbohydrate-Insulin Model of Disease is linked to  weight gain and obesity, insulin resistance, type 2 diabetes, heart disease, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, cognitive decline, dementia and mental health issues.

I’m so grateful I had the chance to attend—this was a strong reminder that food is powerful medicine.

It’s clear to me that I’m on the right path, and I’m excited to keep learning, growing, and helping others do the same.
