Pricing and Consultations

I offer an Initial Consultation followed by at least one Recommended Follow-up Consultation to support your ongoing progress.

INITIAL CONSULTATION - $129 (60 minutes)

During this session, you will receive:

  • Access to up-to-date, evidence-based nutrition knowledge

  • Personalised recommendations based on your client questionnaire and food diary, tailored to your short- and long-term goals, lifestyle and current health status

  • Nutritional advice, dietary guidelines, or a customized meal plan (additional charges may apply depending on meal plan complexity)

  • Clear explanations and education to help you understand the “why” behind your dietary changes

  • Customised post-consultation summary and action plan

  • General lifestyle and fitness suggestions based on your individual needs

  • Practical guidance for implementation, including recommended pantry staples, kitchen tips, and cooking methods (if needed)

  • Ongoing support between consultations via your preferred communication method (email, text or phone call)

 

FOLLOW-UP CONSULTATION(S) - $60 each (30 minutes)

Follow up sessions include:

  • Honest feedback on your progress, adherence, energy, training, performance, cognition, sleep and more, to tailor your plan as needed

  • Answers to any questions or concerns you may have

  • Continued guidance, support and motivation

  • Research and follow up on any additional information you request

Please Note: You can book as many follow-up consultations as you need for ongoing support. While at least one follow-up is recommended, you’re not locked into any package and may change your plan at any time.
